    Belief necessitates supplication as a certain means of securing needs, and both human nature has an intense desire for it, and Almighty God decrees, Say: My Sustainer would not concern Himself with you but for your supplication, (*[1]) which has the meaning of: What importance would you have if you did not offer Me supplications? He also commands: Call upon Me and I will answer you. (*[2])
