Beware! To consider some of the activities  of the leading  students to  be the cause of this calamity and to feel indignant at them, is to withdraw from the Risale-i Nur and regret having  learnt  the  truths  of belief. This is a far  greater  calamity than the material calamity.
Sakın sakın, has rükünlerin gösterdikleri faaliyeti bu musibete bir sebep görüp onlardan gücenmek ise Risale-i Nur’dan çekilmek ve hakaik-i imaniyeyi öğrenmekten pişman olmaktır. Bu ise maddî musibetten daha büyük bir manevî musibettir.

Ben kasem ile temin ederim ki: Sizin her birinizden yirmi otuz derece ziyade bu musibette hissedar olduğum halde, niyet-i hâlise ile faaliyet göstermelerinde ihtiyatsızlığı yüzünden gelen bu musibet, on defa daha fazla olsa da yine onlardan gücenmem. Hem geçmiş şeylere itiraz etmek manasızdır. Çünkü tamiri kabil değil.
